Socialite Series: Cherry’s Master Post
Things that have helped me, that could help you. Here is a master list of my softmaxxing journey!
Body:
J*hn Bent*n’s workouts: Yes he’s an asshole but his workouts really do work. He used to train models and his workouts are life changing.
2. B-12 Lipo salines: These you can consume in a shot (like an injection) or in a saline (go to a GOOD DOCTOR for this). I prefer the saline, and my doctor recommended the 6 week course for me (one saline every week). It burns subQ fat and that was the main reason why I began using those. There is zero side effect to these, acc to my doc. edit: don’t really recommend these anymore. I’ll update this list when I finish my Emsculpt.
3. Diet: More protein, more vegetables, more water and lesser intake of carbs. Carbs are important but i used to over-consume them. Cutting down has helped me a lot. I also did a gut bacteria test (you basically sent a piece of your shit to a lab and they analyse it) to understand what foods worked for me and what didnt.
4. Probiotics for metabolism management
5. Measuring: I stopped tracking weight and began tracking body fat % instead. I feel that this works better for me.
6. Wood therapy: I KNOW. You lot will think its bogus but it helped me and im sticking to it, so there. There’s no wood therapy spa near me, so i ordered the wood therapy tools from amazon, plastic wrap, a waist trainer, almond oil. I looked up videos on wood therapy and lymphatic drainage, and i do it for about 5 mins on my tummy and thighs before my work outs, wrap my torso with plastic wrap, throw the waist trainer on top.
✨
Skin:
Accutane: this helped me tremendously with my acne and my skin is 95% blemish free now. If you are taking this, remember to be disciplined and regular.
Zero alcohol: I stopped drinking completely and its done my skin and health wonders.
Products: Sunscreen + Vitamin C combo in the AM. Retinol + moisturiser at night. Recommended by my dermat.
Hair removal: I refuse to shave because its so uncomfortable so i prefer to wax once in 2 months. Personally, when I began exfoliating my body twice a week - I use a scrub by the Body Shop - I noticed that the hair was growing back slower than it used to. I use a loofah for everyday too. I don’t believe in laser because it’s never just 6 sessions; you do have to have “maintenance” sessions as well post the 6.
Face sculpting: Gua sha on alternative nights. I dont know if this works or is placebo, but I felt like it did.
Body lotion every day. Twice a day sometimes. I swear, it makes you smell good and feel so soft.
Expensive make up: specially, foundation. I’m sorry, i know this could be controversial. But idk what cow semen Charlotte Tilbury puts in her make up, it seriously makes me glow. I’m yet to find a good drug store alternative. A while back, I stopped wearing concealer, and I began using a lighter shade of CT’s foundation as concealer over my normal shade. I feel that because the products are chemically the same, they blend better and don’t react and “peel.” Highly recommend that too. For the rest of my face like powder, blush, eyeliner, I do use normal drug store make up.
✨
Oral hygiene:
I used to have braces. After taking them off, I noticed a difference in my jaw.
Brush, floss, Listrine, tongue cleaner
Mild whitening. I think Hollywood level teeth whitening looks crazy and I want to look as “naturally” beautiful as possible.
✨
Hair care:
For hair growth: as recommended by my doc: minoxidil hair foam 5% w/w Tugain Foam.
High frequency wand before wash days on my scalp.
Moroccan hair oil. I use a tiny amount everyday on my ends after I finish my make up for the day and I swear it makes my hair shine like crazy.
I also got hair Botox done because i used to have curly but absolutely unmanageable hair. I tried to make it work for years but i gave up and caved in to having permanent straight hair and I love it.
I only shampoo twice a day so on days when i workout but don’t shampoo, i use hair perfume. I spray some of it on my brush and run it through my hair. I swear it works.
✨
Overall:
The colour palette theory seriously works. I didn’t realise that wearing the right colours can impact you so much.
Confidence is absolutely key. I seriously recommend going to a group class of some sort if you have the time and just mingling with random people. Social situations are important to gauge your “standing.”
Random but if you have a big nose: grow out your eyebrows / fill them in slightly thicker. I noticed that when I had thin eyebrows, my nose would stand out more but when I made them thicker, it balanced my face out better.
Steam iron your clothes before you wear them. You will look 100% put together.
*IF* you’re aesthetically challenged when it comes to picking clothes, use my rule of thumb: never wear any more than 3 colours at once (remember: IF you can’t put outfits together).

Here I document investigation of rubbery clots in a COVID19 unvaccinated patient mid 60’s with history of acute myocardial infarction in 2020, who developed multiple embolic strokes from blood clots after heart catheterisation. He was treated with Aspirin, Plavix and Eliquis - all three are blood thinners. In 2022 the patient developed congestive heart failure and Atrial fibrillation, hence remained on Eliquis. In August 2024, after receiving dental anesthetics during another hospitalization a clot in his left ventricle was found while on Eliquis. The patient came to me for second opinion on self assembly nanotechnology possibly causing ongoing blood clotting.
I had previously reported rubbery blood clot formation from shedding in a patient on multiple blood thinners:
Rubbery Clot Development In C19 Unvaccinated Individual With Previous Deep Vein Thrombosis and Massive Pulmonary Emboli - While On Eliquis, Nattokinase, Lumbrokinase and Serreptase
I also showed that COVID19 unvaccinated blood creates rubbery clots that can be inhibited by EDTA/ Vitamin C and Methylene Blue:
C19 Unvaccinated Have Same Blood Clotting Problem As C19 Vaccinated - EDTA And Vitamin C Prevents Blood Clotting In C19 Unvaccinated
Methylene Blue Prevents Rubbery Clot Formation, Essential Oils Help Too - Experiment Documentation
I have been reporting on unvaccinated rubbery clots since 2022:
Huge Rubbery Blood Clots In An Unvaccinated Individual - From Shedding? What Are They Made Of? A Call For Help To Analyze
Clifford Carnicom and I also investigated rubbery clots of deceased vaccinated, living vaccinated and living unvaccinated people:
Blood Clot Analysis From Living & Deceased Individuals Shows Consistent Findings: A Rubber Like Polymerized Protein - Microscopy Shows Filaments. Part 1 of 3 - Dr. Ana Mihalcea With Clifford Carnicom
Blood Clot Analysis From Living And Deceased Individuals Near Infrared Spectroscopy Shows Multiple Hydrogel Polymer Components - Part 2 of 3 - Dr. Ana Mihalcea With Clifford Carnicom
Blood Clot Analysis From Living And Deceased Individuals - Preliminary Chemical Solubility Testing - Part 3 of 3 - Dr. Ana Mihalcea With Clifford Carnicom
The clot was completely rubbery as you can see in this video:

10 things to think about before you share your heat with your pack for the first time
Which method of contraception will work best? Key here is the number of your pack!! How many alphas/betas are you working with? a) The Shot -> Contraceptive injection in the days before your heat hits, 99% effective with 5 or less Alphas. b) Reverse Shot -> Contraceptive injection for any alphas/betas in your pack [I recommend this for larger packs!!] 99% effective, especially if you keep on your own regular pill. c) Keep with your usual pill -> One alpha/two betas. 75% Effective. d) IUD -> 99% effective for unmated packs, lasts for 5 years. 75% effective with your mates. Always keep in mind that although it feels good and makes your omega instincts happy to partake in fluid play during your heat, any respectful partner that is worth your time and energy will wear a condom for the duration should you ask them. This is always a method to boost your contraception, and can be used in conjunction with any of the above methods. Yes they do sell heat specific condoms and dental dams, and they should be available in any corner shop.
Are there any supplements I should be taking? This is highly specific to your biology - but please ask this question of a doctor or nurse if you haven't had an active heat in a while [nesting heats anyone!?] But also!! If you've been nursing or just single, this is really important! Most doctors will recommend a general vitamin [wellomega, vitanest, or similar are pretty good in this regard] but you may end up needing something heavy in zinc or iron. This question may mean you need to get blood tests, heads up!
How many days am I entitled to for my heat leave? And if you know your heat will run over ask for a medicinal certificate - for you and your partners if need be.
If you suffer from PHS [pre heat syndrome], talk to your doctor about pain levels and management. You are not alone, don't suffer in silence. There are prescription pain killers for those killer cramps, okay!!
If you haven't been sexually active with your partners before this, get tested. Don't ignore this bullet point, open STD TESTING NEAR ME and book it right now.
If you're worried about letting your partners down, about not having a good heat, or about personality clashes during heat, please talk about it. Your GP is used to these questions, and will be able to put your mind at ease. If I can offer any advice, its that your partners love you. You know this. And, as one of my mates said to me recently, "I'm not going to stop loving you just because you're begging for sex for three days."
ON THE SUBJECT OF THREE DAYS: Three days is a long time to be on your back, alright. Get some exercise in there of the upright variety, and don't be afraid to buy in those aquaballs, kay? You need liquids. Dioralyte is always an option, but try and get water in you first - passing out due to dehydration is not a good look - and you will loose lots of fluids, trust me. Similarly, either get your pack to start precooking foods now, or book a delivery service [HelloNest is one I personally like, they deliver everything on the eve of your heat, and you can choose for meals to either be premade and just need reheating, or preprepared so that they can be assembled on the day. Choose appropriately and don't be ashamed about whatever you pick.]
Do you have omega mates? If you do, this is even better - nobody knows omegean pleasure like an omega, and nobody can read your heat emotion microchanges like an omega either. [these are happy tears, I swear - right?] Talk with them. You should talk with all members of your pack before your heat, but talking with your nestmate(s) is(are) particularly important. Whether its about how your heatspace displays itself [messy? demanding? argumentative? teary? subby? dommy? etc] or about whether you feel that you might get jealous of them. I knew an omega once who only spend their heats with their nestmates. Whatever way you feel, it's valid. People will only know what you want if you tell them!!
Do you have new towels and sheets? I know it sounds expensive. But once you use them for your heat with these partners, you can reuse them for the same. Your nose will scent lots of things during heat [non heat sex, weirdly, can be a trigger for some so be aware of that!], and your skin is usually over sensitive afterwards. Treat yourself!! [or beg bribe scent someone into treating you!!
Sex toys!! It is not a failure on your partners part to buy sex toys. [and its not a failure on your part to buy lube. the glide makes everything better, invest.] If you haven't had an active heat in a while, sex toys are a good idea, as you might not know where your heat libido will be. Having an aid is useful for so many reasons - body configurations being the most obvious! Go and invest in one or two heat specific ones.
HAVE FUN!!! You deserve to!

Name: c h a n i
Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego? (or you): winterpeg
Ok, so this week we are going to snoop into your google search. Type in each phrase and tell us what the first suggestion is that google gives you!
What is the best way to…. study for a test I can guarantee I have never googled that.
Where can I…. watch the bear in canada hehe it's on Disney+ in Canada, if you're curious.
How old is…. Cameron Monaghan I really wanted to know if him and I were near enough in age for it to not be weird if I ever had the opportunity to ask him out. I know I'm delulu, let me dream. (we are like 1.5 years apart.)
How long does it take… to get to the moon it takes about 3 days if you're curious.
How many… hours drive from Winnipeg to Chicago i wanna visit!! (13 hours btw)
Who set the record for…. the fastest indy car I wonder if this is because I was very briefly into F1? lol
When did…. the titanic sink Ha! as if I've ever needed to Google this. I've been obsessed with the titanic since I was like 8. (it was April 14-15 btw.)
What does it feel like to… be in love jfc Google ouch
Can you… get highschool diploma online canada pulls collar.
When you… say nothing at all lyrics that song was in Notting hill, right?

hiya!! 1, 6, and 8 for the disability ask game, if you haven't already done them :3c
Putting it all under a read more because I do a lot of talking and I forgot how Tumblr deals with long posts. sdkjdfjgkdgn Also I apologize for how negative the last question turned out.
1. What disability/ies do you have? (and are they mental, physical, or both?)
Mental health wise I'm an absolute wreck. The things I consider disabling are DID (mostly the dissociation, I like my headmates), OCD, ADHD, Agoraphobia, Depression, and social anxiety that I heavily suspect is actually AvPD. C-PTSD is also awful, but it's like. Not as bad as the other stuff in terms of how much of my life and time is taken by it. Also like, all the sensory issues that come with being autistic is just awful. Other things too, but like. mostly just more anxiety stuff. sdkjndfgkjngjn I am a very anxious human being.
Physically I have FND (it manifests primarily as movement problems, and sometimes takes away my ability to move some or even all of my limbs entirely, though most usually my legs), arthritis, something related to hypermobility, and I heavily suspect POTS, but my doctors won't test me for it. *makes a peace sign* Also I'm deficient in vitamin D but my doctors won't prescribe me anything for it (idek why, it's been brushed aside like 3 times though even though it's been deficient for multiple tests of it). *makes a second peace sign* I also have glasses because I'm moderately near-sighted, but that's a very common thing.
I also have GERD and don't have a gallbladder, so food hates me sometimes, but that's like. So mild in comparison to other things. The worst part about that is that I have to wait a few hours before going to sleep after eating or I'll get sick. I almost forgot, I have NAFLD and so I'm banned from alcohol, even though I've never gotten drunk in my life, so that's a missed opportunity.
Probably something else I'm forgetting but, eh. sdkjndfgljdgn
6. What’s something good that’s come out of being disabled?
I feel like I'm more understanding of people? Like, it's definitely helped me with being more readily accepting of other people's experiences.
Also can I count synesthesia as a sometimes positive to my senses being fucked? Some sounds smell wonderful. I love the colors I see for people and things. Like, yeah some sounds can smell literally like burning rubber, but other sounds can smell like chocolate or sour candy or mint chocolate-chip ice cream, etc. etc. and it's lovely.
Fun thing too is my cane can double as a weapon if I need it to. So like, that's kind of neat.
8. Does your disability affect how you experience other parts of your identity? (gender, queerness, culture, even hobbies/life goals you’re very passionate about)
Yeah, definitely. DID made gender and attraction rather difficult to figure out, because of the bleed through of others' emotions and like blending etc. I went through quite a journey before deciding on just non-binary for gender. AroAce was also tricky to figure out, but I got there eventually. But I'm really happy with it, and now it's like, one of those questions I can answer if we're really dissociated and trying to figure out who's out. Narrows it down a little if I can answer the gender/sexuality questions. Not a whole lot cause we're polyfragmented, but hey, we'll get there eventually. sdkjndfgkjn
As for gender expression, I can't wear some things that I really want to. Like my movement issues make wearing certain shoes potentially dangerous, and I can't be in long or tight skirts. I don't have the energy to put on makeup any time I want to.
And it definitely effects my hobbies. I don't have the energy to draw most of the time now, and when I do I can only do it for short bits at a time. It's really frustrating, because I want to, I want to so much, but as soon as I get my tablet set up, I'm so exhausted I feel like crying and I have to lie down for a while or I'll feel ill. I have to jump on when I have the energy to do things like draw or cook. I do read a lot though (mostly fanfics). Reading doesn't require much energy, so reading is fantastic.
Life dreams, definitely. I can't go to school right now, I can't get a job, I can't travel.. My life is limited, and I can't do some of the things I dream of doing. I want to be a planetary meteorologist. I want to travel and see places. I want to do so many things. But I can't.
--
Trying to end this on a positive. I'm proud of what I've been able to do, even if it doesn't seem like a lot to someone who's abled. I've missed out on so many things, but that makes the things I've been able to do mean so much more.
#S Answers#Ask#Tesla tag#Disability#Long post#alcohol mention#idk how to tag this#calling this post good enough though I am so tired I need to sleep. sknjdfgjkdfng

大家好! After the heavy meal with Mrs T, I ate qing dan (less oil and salt). A stall selling mixed dishes opened at the food court near the office; curious, I asked if they sold steamed fish. They did - I ordered that, firm tofu with leek, hairy gourd stirfried with eggs and mushrooms to go with zhou (porridge). There wasn't much gravy nor sauce, so the meal was much less salty and oily than it could've been; this suited me just fine, because I tasted the freshness of the fish and veggies!
The food was so qing dan, nutritious and tasty that I returned the next day. Besides steamed fish, I chose egg tofu, mixed veggies with hei mu er (wood ear mushrooms) and stirfried bean sprouts to go with zhou. In order to help you understand why I - and many Asians - choose not to solely focus on super foods, I'm sharing the nutrition profiles of some veggies eaten in this post. Different food stalls sell various types of fish, so I don't always eat the same old thing when dining out. This way, I give my body as many nutrients as possible.
Speaking of different food stalls, I explored a little further from my neighbourhood and ended up at a coffee shop. They didn't have steamed fish but assam fish is also delicious, so I ordered that, tomato scrambled eggs, stirfried kan choy (celery) with hei mu er and stirfried green beans with pork mince to go with zhou. Besides being very filling, the food was also yummy. I'll return to see what meals the other stalls have to offer. Pa likes hearing about my moderately healthy meal adventures and we chat about nutrition often so this gives us something more to talk about.
On a whim, I decided to walk to catch up with Grace and Douglas instead of relying on car or public transport. The hour-long journey tested the cushioning of the soles of my new Anta shoes. Good news: my flat feet didn't hurt at all and, given that my country IS the Garden City, there was green and colour along the way. I was amazed by the pale green tree, which was almost silvery in the sunlight. Life moves at a very hectic pace here; being able to appreciate flora and fauna is a luxury that I cherish.
youtube
youtube
My stomach was growling by the time I neared my friends' residence. Time for shui jiao tang mian (shrimp and pork wanton soup noodles) before going up to their flat. Already a delicious nutritionally balanced meal on any given day, the dish tastes even better when one is hungry! To eat qing dan, I skipped the soy sauce, adding only green chilli seasoned in vinegar to the clear broth. Why shui jiao tang mian is moderately healthy: 1. Protein, veggies (choy sum) and carbohydrates; 2. Less oil; and 3. Hydration hydration hydration.
Now that you have basic understanding of the nutrition profiles of some of the foods we enjoy in Asia, perhaps the recipe videos I share will be more helpful when you want a break from grain bowls, salads and chicken breast with broccoli/cauliflower or you just want to eat moderately healthy. The key word is: balance - nutritional balance, balance of oily foods and qing meals as well as balance of food with the exercise I do. I don't have the time to count calories/macros so this is more sustainable to me and, at 46yo, my blood pressure remains steady at 120/80, my triglycerides are normal and I'm not taking any long term medications. You can follow some 'experts', whose advice resulted in worsening health statistics in some countries, or you can just give what Asians here do a try. Like they say, you can't keep doing the same thing and expect different results; it's all up to you. 下次见!

Trying monster for the first time cus I was almost sleeping on the train and even tho I feel better now today I have shitty thoughts so let's throw tachycardia into the mix
I get to the small store near my uni, no monsters, didn't wanna get a redbull, up there, last shelf, the only remaining mfer, a monster energy ultra white bitch 500 mls looking at me. Grab it, pay it, back at uni, open the bitch up.
Fizzy, I don't like fizzy drinks but I need caffeine
Smell. Chemical lemon candy, medicine. I've had vitamin c supplements smelling like this. Sill fizzy, I take a straw
Looks transparent, like water.
Move the straw around to activate the bubbles, tryna flat it out a bit
Still fizzing, first taste test
Holy SHIT the fuzziness is strong
Under bubbles, lemon sweet candy
Not bad, I've tastes worse. Reminds me of vitamin c supplements your mom makes you take when autumn starts

I know I'm old but.. is 39 really old enough to have to take half a pharmacy every day? This isn't even all of them, and on top of this I take multi-vitamins, biotin, and additional vitamin C and D per doctor's orders. I have to spend all day meticulously taking pills at different times so they don't interact with other pills that I have to take as well. I was always really healthy when I was younger, or so I thought. I was very slim and athletic. Extremely active. Ran 1 mile per day, went hiking at least twice a week, even during colder weather. In fact I really enjoyed hiking in snow. I didn't smoke, I drank lots of water, had a healthy diet. I did have some struggles with other vices but that's long past. If turns out that I was dealing with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, in addition to permanent liver damage caused by a near fatal car accident at age 9.
I got diagnosed with EDS in 2018, when I was pregnant with my 3rd child. I had never even heard of it before that. I was crushed when I discovered all of my kids have it too.
I also dealt with a cancer scare in 2015. The doctor was able to remove the cancerous cells and kept monitoring me. As of now it seems the cancer has returned and i will likely have a full hysterectomy in my near future.
This one came out of left field; severe hypothyroidism. I was getting routine blood work done and next thing I know I'm on levothyroxine for life.
Then there's these lovely seizures! At the beginning of March this year, I was settling into bed to go to sleep for the night when I started feeling.. strange. Like i was sinking into some kind of nothingness. I don't really know how else to explain it. I called for my husband, and the next thing i know I'm in a hospital room and two days have passed. I was in the midst of status epilepticus and had to be taken to hospital via ambulance. Apparently I would sometimes mutter things, asking about my family. My kids, husband, and cat.
Month later I had to be hospitalized again and they increased the seizure medication I have to take. I still have seizures, ALL the time.. but no more status epilepticus at least. But I'm now on a very high dose of Keppra (at least my neurologist says it's a high dose.) Still aren't sure why I started having seizures. I have to go to an epilepsy center at the Mayo Clinic and get admitted for a week while they run a bunch of tests. I can't stand the thought of being away from home and my loves for that long.
And of course, I have mental health struggles. I'm doing the best I ever have mentally these days, but I was a real mess when I was younger. Diagnosed with anxiety disorder at age 7, depression at age 17, and PTSD a couple years later. I used to be prescribed benzos for my anxiety, and they worked, but I decided it was best to stop taking them due to their potential for mental and physical dependence. Having my body be addicted to something and suffering withdrawal symptoms if i don't have it is one of my biggest fears. I switched to something else after a gradual taper and I'm so glad I did. It made me realize how much they were turning me into a zombie. I think I would rather have panic attacks than be in that situation again.
i dunno why I typed this out. It's not really something I'm intentionally putting out into the world in hopes people read it. I guess it's more like just a diary entry, kinda summarizing how quickly my life changed out of nowhere.

The Importance of Nutritional Value Testing
In today’s health-conscious world, understanding what we put into our bodies is paramount. We scrutinize ingredient lists, track our macros, and strive to make informed choices about our diet. But how can we truly be confident about the nutritional value of the food we consume? This is where Nutritional Value Testing comes in.
What is Nutritional Value Testing?
Nutritional value testing, also known as Nutritional Analysis or a Nutritional Value Lab Test, is a scientific process that measures the specific amounts of nutrients present in a food product. These nutrients include macronutrients (carbohydrates, protein, fat) and micronutrients (vitamins, minerals). With accreditation as per ISO/IEC 17025:2017 by NABL and its recognition by esteemed regulatory bodies like the Food Safety & Standards Authority of India (FSSAI), Agricultural & Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA), Export Inspection Council (EIC), Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), and MOEF & CC attest to its credibility and adherence to stringent quality standards. FARE Labs employs advanced technologies to conduct thorough analyses, ensuring water meets the highest standards for safety and purity.
Why is Nutritional Value Testing Important?
There are several compelling reasons why nutritional value testing plays a crucial role in the food industry and for individual consumers:
Transparency and Labeling: Accurate nutritional information on food labels empowers consumers to make informed dietary decisions. Testing ensures labels reflect the true nutritional content of a product, considering factors like processing methods and ingredient variations.
Product Development: Food manufacturers leverage nutritional testing to develop healthy and innovative products. Testing allows them to fine-tune formulations to achieve desired nutrient profiles, catering to specific dietary needs or trends.
Quality Control: Nutritional testing serves as a quality control measure, verifying that a product consistently meets its intended nutritional specifications. This ensures consistency for consumers and helps maintain brand integrity.
Regulatory Compliance: Government regulations often mandate specific nutritional testing for various food products. These regulations safeguard consumer health and ensure fair competition within the food industry.
What Does a Nutritional Value Lab Test Analyze?
A comprehensive nutritional value lab test typically analyzes a broad spectrum of nutrients, including:
Macronutrients: Carbohydrates (total, dietary fiber, sugar), Protein, Fat (total, saturated, unsaturated)
Micronutrients: Vitamins (A, C, D, E, B vitamins), Minerals (calcium, iron, sodium, potassium, etc.)
Additional Components: Cholesterol, Moisture content, Ash

I saw Dennis again here in the pantry, Dennis the pldt guy... He told me he was from Cavite originally and renting somewhere here... The good thing he has a friend who is a doctor in Skin Station, sometimes he got a free derma. I asked him if he inquire for the botox, how much is it? He said yeah! I will ask her about the botox. I really wanna do botox, angels for my deep smile lines...
Taking my lunch, I bought a cup noodle and I have my carrot bread and some egg sandwich ( I made it )... Thinking of healthy food... I wanna buy "herbal life" in a lil while... It is a shake where you can just drink alone without solid food...It can give energy and some vitamins in your body. I'm planning on my next salary....

Awhile ago, we had our lunch break at 2pm but I always had my lunch before our shift at 11 am...
This JM invited me to go to Starbucks, so we went with Princess and Nars... I'm wondering if this JM is the son of Potente coz that is his surname...
So, we went to Starbucks the 4 of us... JM just bought a drink and went to pantry coz he left his food there.... While me I had my own bread that I made my "egg sandwich" and I just bought a Matcha Starbucks and it was a happy feeling for me... I hope I can make it everyday...
But for now, I still need to thrift...

I was rushing going out to "Pet Express" coz I have to bring candy for my baby... I reached the other side of MOA near the Panda and I asked this particular lady guard named Margie Abestros and she pointed out that going to "Pet Express" you have to go left where you can see the "Aristocrat Restaurant" then I realized it was going to the right side... I just bought him candy or treats, for my baby John... It seemed the lady guard did it intentionally... I don't know...
11:52 pm
I still have windblow....Before I forgot, there were some things that I observed again inside the training room, hope there will be no spirit of Coach John or Genesis there...
I need to keep a job.... I need money.... I wanna travel and save money for my vanity as well and future...

Top Ten Common Blood Tests You Must Perform
A crucial picture of your general health and well-being can be obtained from blood testing. These studies help in the early detection of a disease, which prevents it from developing into a more serious stage. They can also assist you in keeping track of how your body reacts to various disease treatments.
The top 10 regular blood tests near me that are crucial for maintaining good health and avoiding sneaky health risks are listed below:
1. Comprehensive Blood Count
During a routine complete blood count (CBC), ten components of each of the three main blood cells—white blood cells, red blood cells, and platelets—are measured. This test examines the red blood cell count, hemoglobin, and hematocrit, among other important factors.
2. Basic Metabolic Panel
A basic metabolic panel (BMP) typically measures the blood levels of eight substances:
Calcium
Glucose
Sodium
Potassium
Bicarbonate
Chloride
Blood urea nitrogen (BUN)
Creatinine
Depending on the doctor's instructions and the test's purpose, one might need to fast for at least 8 hours before having your blood collected.
3. 25-hydroxyvitamin D
Low levels of vitamin D are typical, particularly among the elderly. Lack of vitamin D can impact mood, heart health, bone density, and the immune system. Since 25-hydroxyvitamin D transforms into an active form of vitamin D in the kidney, the 25-hydroxyvitamin D test accurately assesses this crucial vitamin's level.
4. A1C hemoglobin
An accurate overview of a person's blood sugar management over the last two to three months is provided by the hemoglobin A1C. Both those with and without diabetes can use the test to predict their risk of heart disease. The hemoglobin A1C test, which is advised every three to six months for patients with diabetes, is crucial.
5. Thyroscope panel
A thyroid panel, often known as a thyroid function test, measures the efficiency with which your thyroid produces and responds to various hormones, including:
Triiodothyronine (T3) (T3): This regulates the body temperature and heart rate in conjunction with T4.
Thyroxine (T4) (T4): This controls metabolism and how you grow in conjunction with T3.
The hormone that stimulates the thyroid (TSH): This influences how much hormone your thyroid produces.
Heart biomarkers
6. Sexually transmitted infection tests
A blood sample can identify many sexually transmitted diseases (STIs). These tests are sometimes paired with urine samples or swabs of affected tissue for more precise diagnoses. Blood tests can be used to identify the following STIs:
Chlamydia
Gonorrhea
Herpes
HIV
Syphilis
Blood tests taken immediately after contracting an infection are not usually reliable. For an HIV infection, for instance, a blood test might not be able to find the virus for a month.
7. Panel for coagulation
Coagulation tests measure the effectiveness and speed of your blood clotting. Prothrombin time (PT) and fibrinogen activity tests are two examples. After a cut or trauma, clotting is an important process that aids in stopping the bleeding. However, a blood clot in an artery or vein can be fatal because it can prevent blood from reaching your heart, lungs, or brain.
8. Serum DHEA-sulphate test
Your adrenal glands produce the hormone dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA). Using this test, you can determine if it's too high or too low. Low levels of DHEA are deemed abnormal because they affect the development of features like body hair growth in men. Low amounts are common since high levels might lead to the development of masculine characteristics in women.
9. Test for C-reactive protein
Your liver produces C-reactive protein (CRP) when body tissues are inflamed. Increased CRP levels are indicative of inflammation resulting from various factors, such as:
Autoimmune illnesses
Lupus or rheumatoid arthritis
Diabetes-related inflammation
Rash brought on by physical stress
Bad habits like smoking and cancer.
10. Determine Essential Nutrient Levels
As these nutrients are essential for normal metabolic activities, blood tests measuring the body's iron, vitamin D, vitamin B12, and magnesium levels are significant. It is critical to monitor these levels and supplement them as necessary since the majority of people are lacking in these nutrients for a variety of reasons. Multiple disorders, notably anaemia due to iron deficiency, the risk of falls and fractures, acute or chronic pain, etc., can be minimised by taking supplements of these minerals.
Summing It Up
The phrase "prevention is better than cure" is commonly used to describe diagnostic tests. A disease's progression into a more severe form can be stopped by early identification of some conditions. To identify any abnormalities, numerous blood tests near me are done. A definitive diagnosis is then made by correlating the results with other investigations with the aid of a healthcare specialist at Easy Tests. Contact us and book your blood test appointment today!
